It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. Zumba combines dance routines and fitness together. Designed exclusively for kids (ages 4-11 yrs), Zumba Kids (formerly Zumbatomic) classes are rockin’, high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more. When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.

You don’t need any dance experience. Just come and enjoy the fun, each song has a routine that has different steps that repeat. Each time you come it gets easier and easier. Usually by the third or fourth time you feel comfortable and are able to relax and enjoy the dance fitness workout!

You can wear any type of fitness workout clothes from sweat pants, shorts, tank tops, t-shirts; anything comfortable and cool (as you will sweat a lot). As for shoes, wear cross-trainers or dance shoes - anything that will give you support. Dance sneakers such as Bloch or Capezio are an excellent choice for some people. We do not recommend bare feet or sock-feet for class due to lack of support and safety concerns. We also recommend you bring a towel and water to class.
